Poster was worked on and books where ordered. Price should be around ten dollars per book. Some of the project ideas where looked at, group decided to wait until more where present to bounce more ideas around.

A possible addition to the Agenda for next Meeting will be the idea of either working on several projects or just one and researching heavily into it.

Homework 10/7/09

Brainstorm three ideas for a social experiment that emphasizes a double standard. Think about the different roles in society and play with those, try to think realistically taking into consideration time, availability of group members, and at least try not to get arrested in the process XD.

Don't forget to read the three readings given out in class.

Discussed the experiment.
Agreed upon experimenting with Social double standards.
Examples:

• Gender Roles, Men walking into a store with their underwear on vs a woman doing the same.
• Social Roles, A regal looking person paying with all change versus a person who looks more common.
  

Group all was in favor of idea. Agreed on about four to five experiments throughout the semester.
Discussed possibility of video-taping.

Worked on group poster.

Agree to get book by next meeting. It will be bought in bulk from Amazon and group members agree to bring amount to be announced later by next meeting.
